These are the books, handouts, links to websites, self- tests, research, apps, and podcasts, that I most often give to clients or suggest they check out for themselves. Most are free, including books that can be found in your local library. There are some work books that I believe are worth owning as well, so that you can do the exercises and revisit the material which I have included.
