I use CBT methods that really help. We work together to understand your triggers, anxiety symptoms and effects. You then learn coping techniques and CBT tools to minimize or make anxiety, rumination or overthinking go away.

Other Methods I Use
- You might learn to calm your body and mind using DBT skills
- We might engage in gradual Exposure Therapy as needed.
- I will also help you learn mindfulness techniques to help with worry and stress.
6 Session Anxiety CBT Intensive
Great for people who want to work intensively over 4 to 6 weeks with clear direction and structure. Also ideal for clients who want to work on skills in between sessions and who benefit from accountability and extra structure. Also great for people who need to get a hold of their anxiety quickly.
Sessions Included:
4 x 50 minute Subsequent Sessions and 2 x 25 minute Check In Sessions.

- Weekly skills practice to try at home.
